    evolution files

If I do a clean install of just the / partition (I have a separate /home partition), are the files in Evolution ie all the emails, addresses left intact?
    I would rather be Ubuntu-ing.

Yes. Each user's configuration files, email, calendar, etc, are stored in their home directory (~/.evolution). That is the beauty of having a separate /home partition.

I have a separate /home partition. I upgraded from Linux Mint 10 to Linux Mint 13, and when I start Evolution it acts as if I never used it before, and wants to start from scratch setting up accounts. I just want it to use the .evolution folder accounts that are already in-place. How do I do that?
