Problem with Xinerama and ATI Card (Window Dragging)

I'm trying to set up dual monitors in Ubuntu 8.04 with a ATI Radeon 4850. So far I've got it kind of working with Catalyst Control center. Each monitor is set as an independent display. But at first I could not drag windows from one screen to another. I looked around and found out about the Xinerama option. I have this enabled in my xorg.conf but it doesn't appear to be working quite right. I can drag windows, but the window on my main monitor spills over to the window on the left taking up half the screen and is cloned. My top bar also does this. Could anyone put in the direction of what the problem may be? It actually was working for a second but now is not :/

My main monitor the one on the right is also showing up as the left monitor in Catalyst.

    This is my xorg.conf file:

    Code:
    # xorg.conf (X.Org X Window System server configuration file)
    #
    # This file was generated by dexconf, the Debian X Configuration tool, using
    # values from the debconf database.
    #
    # Edit this file with caution, and see the xorg.conf manual page.
    # (Type "man xorg.conf" at the shell prompt.)
    #
    # This file is automatically updated on xserver-xorg package upgrades *only*
    # if it has not been modified since the last upgrade of the xserver-xorg
    # package.
    #
    # If you have edited this file but would like it to be automatically updated
    # again, run the following command:
    # sudo dpkg-reconfigure -phigh xserver-xorg
