Recommended Webcam for video chat

I'm looking for a list of webcams which work without problems in Linux. I know something like this exists as I've seen it at one point.

Tried the Logitech E2500 and the Creative Live! Webcam. Both of them refused to work out of the box and after reading through the fun hoops of fire I would have had to do, I went back and spent the extra for the Logitech 9000 for out of the box support.

Just an FYI for anyone else looking for a webcam.
