Need Palm Pilot help
I need help getting my palm pilot to sync. I have tried various fixes with no success but I think I have discovered (thanks to some helpful person here) what the problem may be but I do not know how to fix it. It seems that my Palm Pilot (M515)'s cradle is not making contact with the computer through the USB port. I searched to see which USB port the computer believed to be in use while running a hot sync on the cradle, and lo and behold the computer did not list any Palm device. All of the USB ports were accounted for but the Palm one. I tried moving it around. I tried removimg all the other USB devices and, with the palm cradle being the only thing in it, still the computer found no USB devices. HELP!
