Unistalling Dansguardian (firewall problem?)

Hola

I have tried different internet filters and decided that OpenDNS is the best for our house network.
But now I have problems uninstalling Dansguardian from Ubuntu.

I was reading this post:

I tried the solution given, but unfortunately, I did not unlock the proxy setting before trying the solution.
I don`t think I know how to do that anyways.

Is there any way I can make Firefox to work again?
Internet is working in all the computers except the one with Ubuntu.

Well, I tried everything all over again, rebooted the computer and now the Internet in Firefox works.
Everything works !!
I guess this was a false alarm.
