Celerons aren't likely to increase ur power bill by much; they are predominantly mobile/budget architectures (like my Sempron). Besides, a system like that would probably draw only about 150W at load, so your power bill would rocket by about...... 2 cents. So don't worry about your bill, unless you are overclocking to a large degree
