    Those are all doable in drupal, you just have to get used to how it works.

    EDIT: accept for number 2, that may take some doing with imagemagik, or others

    Well you could try Textpattern, it's very easy to use but it uses it's own 'language' for writing posts called Textile, I find it very simple but very customizable.
