microsoft office 2007 problem...

i need some help plzz...
i install microsoft office 2007 with crossover pro..
when i run it, it like this...

p/s:i'm so sorry for my bad english.. hahaha... lolz...

i get the same problem too for everything i try to run with wine >_<; . i'm not sure if the solution is simple >_> this'll be the 4th day of me running ubuntu and i'm still feeling my way through the os (so that gives me about 16ish hours of linux experience). so far i've solved all the other problems i've had by searching google but for this one i can't seem to find a solution. -_- this is how it looks for me
