[SOLVED] Resize Firefox Window?

This is quite possibly the stupidest situation to find oneself in ever, but:
Somehow I managed to make the firefox browser window so that it isn't maximized, but it takes up my whole screen and the top, bottom, and sides of the window are cut off. So whenever I open a new window, I can't reach it without closing firefox. But, since all of the sides are cut off, I can't resize the window. Is there any way to change the size of a window without being able to just drag the sides of it? (a key combination or something?)

EDIT: When I use the various methods of resizing/moving, none of them are able to move/resize it. Also, my recycle bin has decided to move itself way over to the left of the bar on the bottom, and the thing that displays the logged in user has switched with the wireless and battery indicators, both without me doing so. Could this all be the result of a bug/virus?

And now I can't scroll with the trackpad...

Can you click on the "Title Bar" and drag the window to the left and up a bit until you see the lower right corner so you can resize it???

sadly, that part is cut off, so I can't move the window

you should be able to hold down ALT and click/drag the window from anywhere on the page

and you can resize from any corner, not just bottom-left.

edit: if alt-click-drag doesn't work, try Alt-spacebar, then M, then move the mouse around.

Have you tried right-clicking the window in the window list on the bottom pane and choosing Move? After choosing move, use the arrow keys to move it, just in case the mouse can't move it.

the bottom pane is covered by the giant window, sadly. And alt-space-m didn't work either Wow okay, this is getting weird. I can now get the little "arrow" for resizing the window, but when I click-drag it, nothing happens. Could I have a bug on my hands?

Have you tried running FF in safe mode??? then resizing...

I think this is the command for Terminal: firefox -safe-mode

Make sure you have closed Firefox before running it in the Terminal...

2hot6ft2's F11 option could have also worked, tho since we didn't see a screenshot of the problem it's a bit hard to tell, but F11 is a good option to try first the next time if it does happen again...

A few things I have noticed since doing a Dual Boot with XP & Ubuntu is some Apps that I make Preference changes too tend to get a bit Funky after that and if I shut down and leave them alone the next time I boot they sometimes fix them selves...

FireFox was a pain and crashed a lot for me when I imported my 2.0.xxx Bookmarks from WindowsXP and it took awhile to get things working right...
