    Misleading article?

Whilst reading through the below article i was rather surprised to see the image of Emule downloading an Ubuntu ISO.
Surely the image in question, within that particular article, could give entirely the wrong impression about Ubuntu to the uninformed?

Or am i just reading too much into it?

The caption does make it sound as if downloading an ubuntu ISO is illegal. :/

may attract some new users, some kids like to live on the edge, and if this looks subversive, well...

apart from that, interesting article, good to see that governments are determined to protect us all from the evils of the world, and only slowing the internet to a laggardly crawl in the process. maybe the australian government should confer with the chinese as to the best methods of sarcasm, eh, i mean censorship

legal ********... they cant show anything comersially illegal downloading in the papers because that would suggest its ok to do so.. THOUGH they might suggest that they know how to do this in a LEGAL nature... its wrong but who cares... free comersial!

Ps. who downloads ubuntu isos via emule anyway?!
