Looks like conky widgets to me, which can be used on any linux desktop. Google for conky and you'll see what I mean
EDIT: They might be KDE plasma widgets too, of which I know nothing, but for the fact that those obviously would not run in Unity...

Those are KDE widgets (I miss them when I went to XFCE)
You might wanna try screenlets. You can install them using the Software Center.
Or you can alway install conky. It's not that hard to setup.
