how can I install Twin(Text-based WINdows)

the method from http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1393776 takes too long. How can I install twin?

im using Raring Ringtail.

Have you tried just doing:

sudo apt-get install twin

The issues in the post you linked to that required the OP to have to install from source may well have been fixed by now (that post is nearly 3 years old).

its not fixed, and I dont see it in the ubuntu repository's.
