Guidelines for working with retailers / vendors?
I am curious if there are any guidelines for working with Vendors... I have not found any, but may have missed them.
Also, if we are allowed to do so -- what have others done with success? I am considering trying to give vendors / retailers that provide Ubuntu as a choice of OS on their computers a little publicity, but I would also like them to help support an event (install fest, release party, or conference) or perhaps allow them to present at a meeting. Other thoughts? |

Re: Guidelines for working with retailers / vendors?
I have been kicking around the idea of supplying Ubuntu disks to retailers to hand out with computer purchases along with dual-boot instructions. We (the LoCo Team) would pay for these CD's through fund-raising efforts. Have you discovered any more info about working with vendors.
