EDIT: I think that I am posting in the thread for the wrong script.
This thread deals mainly with Firefox32 and the 32bit plugins the Firefox32 script installs. I could have told you that the nspluginwrapper script would not work on Gutsy. Gutsy has its own nspluginwrapper in its repositories.
If Flash or Nspluginwrapper dose not work for you in Gutsy, FILE A BUG REPORT ON LAUNCHPAD! That way the developers can get it working for everyone by the release (that is still far, far, away).

How do I remove the nspluginwrapper installed by your script? apt-get remove?
EDIT: Nevermind. I got removed it with Synaptic, and the Update Manager worked.

I tried using the Browser Install Script. I'm stuck where the Java license comes up - don't know how to continue.

I'm a noob and found that the script worked brilliantly!

    Thank you so much,

I just checked and the link gave me the script, But I don't need it now as I have the pluginwarapper working fine amd already had java working.
I dont kmow what happened with the download.
Thanks for your perserverence with this. It is appreciated.
To update and tidy off loose ends I decided to use the script and the new one worked fine. FYI I'm using Feisty with a AMD 4200+ chip and 3 gigs of ram.
    Thanks again for your help.

Great Job. I'm using the auto-install right now. I'll see if it works

hi kills. im running kubuntu 7.04 and have a fresh install. i attempted to install your script package and i believe it worked, although i did not see the list of operations in konsole like i normally do in terminal(ive been using ubuntu before this install). my problem comes from trying to install the firefox deb. im unsure of how to dl it, where konqueror dls it to, and how to run it in kubuntu. thanks for the help

I had to delete the ~/.mozilla/{...}/plugins.dat to get any plugins to function. But after that it was fantastic - you saved me from running SUSE or kludgy VM solutions! Thanks so much.

Im not really sure where konqueror downloads anything to, I love gnome. Doesnt it have a save file to option where you can choose the location?
Did you download the auto install script, or are you following the mostly manual howto?
