question that i dont know -ask or not??

I have also windows xp OS inside my PC.In XP , there are lot of information that i dont know.also lots of problem facing in daily life.but i want to know or solve this problem. but in case ubuntu OS , there is www.ubuntuforums.org . Greate ubuntuforums and thanks to all member those who have create a ubuntu Forum.

But my question is , can i ask questions about windows OS , about Hardwares, etc in this forum ?? If no , is there is any officially forum like www.ubuntuforums.org avalable, so that i can ask questions. please help me.
