Duel monitors, two OS's running at one time

This is sort of a complicated question, so sorry if i explain it poorly.
I was wondering if it is possible to have a duel monitor video card, with two monitors plugged in. Then boot one monitor into windows, and then boot the other monitor into linux. A duel OS thing but with only one computer.
Is something like this even close to possible?

Not as far as I'm aware it's not without the use of a virtual machine package.

Two processors, two monitors, two graphics cards/chips... it should only be a matter of time before someone designs a reliable method of running two OSes simultaneously.

There already is a way..... it's called "dual computer"

I guess it's almost impossible to do it on 1 computer. Besides anything, every OS ties your mouse-cursor to your screen, which makes it impossible to go to the "other OS". Thereby, your keyboard wouldn't know where the things you're typing should go.

    That's a good point.

Probably the closest you will get is running the second OS in VirtualBox.

Yes, I am a criminal. My crime is that of curiosity. My crime is that of judging people by what they say and think, not what they look like. My crime is that of outsmarting you, something that you will never forgive me for.

    Edit:
That solution was even "built" before Ubuntu ever saw daylight
