Thumbs down Hard Disk is full and it seems I can't iniciate the session

Please, I'm afraid the hard disk has 1 M or some kbs free left, so after turning off the computer a few hours ago, it seems there is no way to enter Ubuntu again. It keeps frozen at the first screen.

Please, is there any way to solve it and keep going to work.

Hi!
Can you boot from the live cd? from there, you may do "sudo apt-get autoremove". This will clean up all the packages that were automatically installed and are not used.
This will free some space so you can boot normally.
