Backup SD card automatically

I would like to set Ubunutu to automatically backup a certain SD card every time I insert it via a USB-SD card reader.

I use the SD card for my camera, and I want Ubuntu to automatically copy any new picture taken to a certain folder, every time I insert the card.

Is that possible?
