lets fix your sources.list

Apply below commands with order

sudo cp /etc/apt/sources.list /etc/apt/sources.list.old
sudo wget "http://pastebin.com/raw.php?i=se5C5qCA" -O /etc/apt/sources.list
sudo mv  /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ /etc/apt/sources.list.d.old/
sudo mkdir /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ 
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

I assume you are in INDIA , so I made the sources.list with INDIA SERVER.

sudo rm -r /etc/apt/sources.list.d.old/ 
sudo apt-get --purge autoremove 
sudo apt-get autoclean && sudo apt-get clean all 
sudo apt-get purge $(dpkg -l | awk '/^rc/ { print $2 }')
sudo apt-get update

And you will be fine.
Be careful with above commands.. PLEASE copy- paste from here to terminal , one at time , for more accuracy.
