Cool, thanks for that I find that to be alot better than sticking kinfo in a screenshot.

Very cool, you do make use of those workspaces, don't you ;D

You seem to have the exact opposite of my experience- when i do a desktop capture everything speeds up. I can take it down to 10fps, and it still seems sped up- any lower and you can't see window effects im using, as they become missed in the capture process..

i had no idea how the recorder was lagging till i saw the video, it ran fine trying to record the heaven 3.0 benchmark did not work very well
