Bots mining ubuntu forums?

Honestly I'm not sure which forum this should go or if its even relevant;

but well i was googling around and ran into this supposed "Health Forum" which is just a bunch of post from the Support forums here mined by bots (I can only assume) and reposted. the forums link is http://www.naijafinder.com/forums/50-Health-Forum but I wouldnt recommend anybody checking it out as it is a bit shady, so i uploaded a picture:

No clue why they would bother, except may be to spoof google search hits or something.

There are quite a few sites that scrape our content and the content of other forums. I know it's been brought to our attention on more than one occasion, but I do not believe there is much we can do to prevent it.

well, as far as I know, im pretty sure their indexing the wrong forum if they want "health" threads...
