    VNC without monitor connected

    Hi

I want to use VNC to control my ubuntu desktop.
The problem is when I have no monitor attached, the ubuntu desktop will not start.

    I found this solution:
    http://www.readactor.com/boot-ubuntu...king-solution/

But when i do this, my GUI crashes and i have to rebuild my GUI, so this doesn't work. (Ubuntu desktop 10.04.04)

    What am I doing wrong?

    Thanks in advance!

To anyone that is interested; I recently installed Lubuntu 64 bit on a pc without a monitor. It boots up into the desktop without any modification.
