Navigate 2 Window$

How do I get to the MS Windows portion of my hard disk? I want to copy some files I donwloaded while in Ubuntu to the Windows portion of my Hard Disk.

I am using ubuntu instaled via WUBI.

File System > host > users and then you can navigate to the user libraries and use copy to home to bring the files into Nautilus, but I don't know if you can move things into the windows folders. I haven't used Wubi in a While.

You might have to move the content to the Ubuntu desktop and drag it into the Windows folder of your choice. I would try it out and see if you can open the content in Windows. I think photos would work but I don't know about other content.
