Polipo 403,504 cant resolve, 30 hrs now ._.

Hello i am new to linux, been using ubuntu for 5 or so months now and im loving it beside the fact that im completely stressing over polipo, half its users have problems and cannot help me out i follow the instuctions on this website for a proper TOR installation and this is what the log comes out too, either a 403 or 504 ._. .... $#@!!, Thank you very much for any input on this situation, http://pastebin.com/BVy16FK5

search for: http error 403 or 504. there you will find a good explanation for it.
