    Create shortcut key in GIMP?

    Can it be done by the end-user?

    I'm in Karmic, and I want to make a <[X]> , or <Ctrl> + <[X]> to execute 'Crop to selection'.

    go to [Edit-Menu] -> ShortCuts -> search for layers_corp

    look at the screen shot for further explanation.
