Apache and tomcat set with mod_jk. No Localhost
Hey everyone,
I'm running an old Thinkpad T40 and Ubuntu 8.04 on it.
The past couple of days I've been struggling to install apache server and tomcat 5.5 with mod_jk according to all sorts of tutorials online, eventually I thought I had them up.
When I only have the HTTP server installed and running I got the 'It Works' page when browsing to http://localhost/
Now when I tried the same thing with tomcat running as well it was "Page not found" I tried stopping tomcat and restarting apache and still no go. Browsing to 127.0.0.1 didn't work either.
Can someone please help me get this up and running?
I want to get a JSP page and a servlet test running and I'm really quite stuck as of now.
Thanks in advance
