    Question VisualBoyAdvance for Ubuntu?

    Hi!
I used to run XP for the longest time, but have finally made the switch to Ubuntu. I certainly am glad I did, but I have a question. Are there VisualBoyAdvance, DesMuMe, and/or PCSX2 emulators for Ubuntu? I would hate actually have to BUY these systems to play my games, so any help anyone could offer on this subject would be MOST appreciated. Thank you.

It should be all in the Ubuntu Software Center.
It's not that hard to find.

Visualboyadvance-gtk is in the repos. I've not used any of the (many) others. Search for "emulator" and you'll get a taste of what's on offer.

And PCSX2 is available from www.pcsx2.net.

OT: If you use emulators to run games you SHOULD have these systems. If you don't then it's considered piracy.

Yes, I do. And all the games I have for these emulators I own as hard copies, as well. Don't feel like incurring the wrath of the RIAA.

You can always rip them and put them onto your computer. THAT is legal. You should be legally allowed to have a backup of every game you own.
