All windows, and panels were accidentally made completely transparent.

I was using compiz to attempt to give my panels a glass appearance, but ended up making ALL windows panels, everything completely transparent and can't figure out how to set it back. Any help would be appreciated.

use alt-tab to select the compiz window.
Then, perhaps one of the forum members will be nice enough to give you a screenshot of their compiz config window

Nvm was able to start up in low graphics mode, and edit dompiz setting there.

Glad you solved the problem, but just for your information, another way to fix this is to have fusion-icon installed and running before you make changes to Compiz. I've done exactly what you did several times, and all you have to do is right click on the fusion-icon and select Metacity as the window manager. That effectively turns off Compiz so the windows become opaque again. Then you can change the settings and turn Compiz back on.
