    Starling Cover / Case

    So --

There are many cases and covers available for netbooks. What has been used successfully with the Starling?

The UMPC Laptop Sleeve from Think Geek works very well for me.

It fits the Starling sungly, even with the extended battery. Plus there's a nice pocket for the power supply and mouse, and has a convenient handle.

The most durable case I have found for the Starling is actually a pistol case sold by Maxpedition. Here is a link to the case:

It holds both my Starling, and the power supply. Its a nicely padded case that affords pretty good protection from bumps. It may be more than you want/need but I thought I would share my experience with you.

    Re: Starling Cover / Case

I know this thread is a little old, but I thought I would put my 2 cents in--I just got this Hadaki-brand case from eBags for my Starling:

    http://www.ebags.com/product/hadaki/...ok-case/138398

It's not quite as good as I'd hoped it would be when I ordered it--turns out I have to detach the battery for the best fit, but on the plus side, there's enough room for both the Starling itself AND the battery inside, and it's got a little inner pocket for an SD card or USB drive, etc. as well. I don't think I could fit the power brick and cord in without worrying that something would get damaged if the case got compressed, but that's not a huge deal to me--I don't take mine around with me everywhere I go, just when I travel, and I always have something else to carry cords and so on in then anyway. I'm more concerned about protecting the Starling itself, and this was the only molded-EVA case I could find that was big enough for it, so overall I think it should work fine for my needs.
