video streaming problems
hi there so i have ubuntu 9.10 installed on my asus eee pc 1005ha
as of a couple of days ago, certain videos that i have tried to watch online have been really really choppy in the video department and a little funky in the audio even out of fullscreen.(particularly anything that is embedded in jw player)so i looked around in the threads for a while and did some things like unistalling all of the flash components and re installing the nonfree one and such but those didnt work. i use midori for most of my streaming but firefox wasnt cutting it either so i know its not the browsers fault. any suggestions as to what could be the problem?

Chopy video on asus...
I have an asus 900, video was always a bit slow, solved when changed to Netbook Remix 9.10. There was a huge improvement, I'd love to know what was done that is different.
Haven't found out yet.
I don't usually use the remix screen, it's too cluttered. Installed and use fluxbox, which can be picked in "sessions" button at login. Everything runs faster then, but Fluxbox is absolutely plain and bare, not for everyone.
