kamlag First Cup of Ubuntu Join Date: Nov 2009 Beans: 1	Boot-up problem : Power manager error When I start my laptop. After I put in my username & password . the follwing error comes : error: The configuration defaults for GOME Power Manager have not been installed correctly. Booting stops after that. It seems that my laptop power chip has failed. It works only on AC. How can I workaround this problem and continue to boot ?
