How do you install Iced Tea Java for Linux Mint

    Hi...
I was wondering if anyone knows how to install Iced Tea Java on a machine using Linux Mint. I couldn't find Iced Tea in the synaptic package manager. Linux Mint is based on Ubuntu so I am thinking that I could use the same method. Is it possible to use the terminal to install Iced Tea? I'd appreciate any help offered. Thanks.

Which version are you using? I'm using Elyssa and icedtea is showing up on mine. Do you have the universe repositores enabled?

Ice Tea is Red Hat's name for OpenJDK, open-source java. OpenJDK is available in the Universe repository.
