Amarok doesn't work after Hardy upgrade

I upgraded to Hardy yesterday and since then my computer's been acting more then a little funny. The thing that's been bothering me most is Amarok. When I open it, it acts really laggy and takes forever to load the artists collection list and wont display any songs by any artist. Then if I try to close it and restart it, it freezes up and I have to Force Quit.

I also tried reinstalling Amarok in a final failed attempt to fix it :'( .
