hardware/software present dif. logical names for same card

Followed help docs and forums as far as I could but haven't found anyone with this problem. Can anybody help? Attached is the output of the lshw and iwconfig commands. The wireless card is properly identified and appropriate modules loaded according to lsmod.

Continuing to follow later posts, I've found that this name issue is a non-issue. Entered pci=noacpi for kernel option and networks appeared. However, I've not been able to connect to any of them.
