Hello

I upgraded from 6.06 to 8.04 successfully. My barcode scanner which is attached to my Intel 64 via USB does not seem to read correctly. It scans but the characters that are reflected are not the characters from the barcode. It has been suggested to me that this problem has something to do with ISO changing to UTF8... How would I change the barcode scanner to read UTF8 instead of ISO??? or alternatively set up some specific software to do this??? Has anyone had this problem and if so, how have you managed to sort it out. Any help would be appreciated!!
