    Screen Resolution in Xorg

    Hey guys- is there a way to increase my screen resolution on Hardy? On windows I have a much higher screen resolution- while on Ubuntu my screen seems like its a 12 inch when its really a 15 inch...

    Hi you can try and use screens and graphics to adjust your resolution. It is located under applications, other. If not there then you will need to edit your menus. Also try the * A new X windows recovery feature is available. If you are unable to boot after attempting changes, you can reboot, choose the restore option in the boot menu, and then select the 'xfix Try to fix X server' option on the Recovery Menu. This should restore your X windows configuration to a usable condition and allow you to boot normall
