I am having the hardest time getting this wireless adapter to work on either Ubuntu 10.04 Desktop x64 or Ubuntu 10.04 Server x86. The device comes with a linux driver provided here:
http://rosewill.com/Mgnt/Uploads2/At...nux_v2.6.x.zip
I downloaded the driver, extracted it, made it, then did a
sudo insmod 8712u.ko
all without problem. The device still does not work. Any help would be greatly appreciated, and I can answer any questions about my setup.
