True, it doesn't have much customization available but i don't know why there is always this "thing" about customization...users of windows and mac don't worry about that...
I couldn't agree more. Which is probably why I haven't used Windows or Mac for years.
However, the concept that Ubuntu/Linux users need to be more like Windows users - seems logical. They could make Ubuntu a plain vanilla packaged PC with fixed functionality. No need for customization or setup (etc.). Basically, a mini Windows clone. Especially, if one could get supported hardware. Sounds good.
Why should or would anyone worry about customization - if the only offering is a one size fits all. That idea could have merit for future Ubuntu users.
