Wireless network problems on Samsung nb30 ubuntu 12.10
Hello, I have installed ubuntu 12.10 on a Samsung netbook nb30. The wireless network was initially working well: from bios it was set to stay off, and from the Network Manager (on the upper tray, next the volume control) it was possible to enable wireless (and disable it).
Now, a few system update later, the wireless network is managed correctly only if it is set on at boot time. That is, if I set it in bios alwais on, or to remember the state and at shutdown I let the wireless on.
If the wireless is off at boot time, the Network Manager has the Enable Wireless not checked, but if I select it, it appears checked but the section Wireless Networks remains disabled and no wireless network is shown. Moreover, the wireless activity led will lights.
Does someone knows what the problem can be?
Thanks in advance.
