I have Windows R2 server installed on my server, and inside of that I have Ubuntu 12.04 running inside of Oracle VM VirtualBox. I need both OS's for different misc tasks (each OS has their pro's and cons). My worry is that if the system was to reboot and I was not able to access it for a period of time, Window's roles would kick in, however, the VM would not start. So basically is there a way to start VM even without a user signed in? Does anyone have any ideas/ solutions?
