I am experiencing several issues with Ubuntu One

A video file is present in the Ubuntu storage folder in the cloud.
The public link does not work the video does not run ( I tested myself on the same computer)
the sync mechanisme works perfectly
any advice?

machine dual boot Ubuntu 12.10
