No,leave them with the # so they don't cause further problems.Or delete them from the sources.list file.

I think that problem is caused by the [distro] line being in sources.list and has left an incorrect file in your .list files.

To correct the error,open a terminal and run

sudo rm /var/lib/apt/lists/* -vf
to delete the .list files and then run
Code:
sudo apt-get update
to reload the .list files.
