Asus F80S-4P020C can't install 12.04

I can't install Ubuntu 12.04 12.10
It can boot cd/dvd but when i enter "Install ubuntu" it hang with black screen and cursor. I do't know why. Asus F80s can install Ubuntu 9.04 and it work well.

Have you tried running the liveCD and did that work? A black screen usually points to an issue with the graphics card. What are your hardware specs?
