Any tool available on ubuntu equivalent to "JouleMeter" on windows

Hi All,

I am working on measurement of power consumption by different processes on a system. I got a tool for this purpose from windows "JouleMeter" which works on windows only.

Can anyone please tell me if we have any tool similar to "JouleMeter" on ubuntu/linux to measure the energy consumption by different processes on Ubuntu.
