I've just installed lubuntu and everything is fine except vpn management. When I edit the network settings (tab VPN), the "Add" button is not activated, and nor is the "import" one.

I installed openvpn (sudo apt-get install openvpn) but the buttons are still not activated. What do I have to install/setup in order to setup my vpn?

I precise that I have of course the parameter files. The point is that I don't know how I can setup them.
