MenuLibre for Ubuntu 12.10

Hi, I was looking to try menulibre for ubuntu 12.10 and I cant find it either in the software center or the ppa for the developers can anyone help me find this program.

I am interested in this program too but they only have it for 12.04 and i just upgraded to 12.10 without realizing the program was only available in 12.04

I just downloaded and installed it but do not see an icon for it.How do I launch this program?
