Okay, no problem. You don't have to use the commandline for this specific step. Just click on this link. This will download a file called 'fvFcy6Hj'.

Open your file explorer, and drag this file into the folder linux-3.6 you generated earlier. Go into linux-3.6. Then rename 'fvFcy6Hj' to '.config'. And then continue with the next step in the terminal.

Mind you that the new filename is '.config' and not 'config'.
