Question Possible to install on 'Coby Kyros' tablet?

Hello, I was wondering if it were possible for me to replace Droid on a tablet I just got with a lightweight distro such as Lubuntu or Xubuntu? What would be the most convenient way to go about this? Can you make bootable micro SD?

specs on this particular device can be found here:

    Any suggestions?

You mean Android? Droid is a smartphone made by Motorola, not an OS (Which is made by Google). Either way, you can run it side-by-side at the same time (Like a VM but without the performance loss) but usually you can't install it as a separate OS, else I'd do it on my own Android Tablet. Poke around on XDA-Developers in the section for your tablet or in Android Development and Hacking

Cool Re: Possible to install on 'Coby Kyros' tablet?

Pardon me that my tele-knowledge is quite a bit behind.

    Thanks for the info though.
