It is saying my SSD is at 40C/104F!
The raid5 array is between 30-33C, but the fan pulls through it.
I have a hot-swap in the 3.5" bay and my laptop HDD comes in at 28C/82F. It is rising steadily as the SSD appears to be heating it.

I though SSDs were supposed to be cooler than HDDs. I wish I had checked this before I order one of those fancy SandForce ones.

My questions: Is my SSD going to die early? Is the tight space not enough ventilation? Has something gone awry in my configuration?
