    Can I get the HTML codes of a text after I typed it into OOo or Libre?

    1. Is it possible to get html source of a text into OpenOffice/LibreOffice or somehow convert the text to html?

    2. Is there any non-web wysiwyg software to do that?

    LibreOffice has a "File->Save as" option which allows you to save to an html file type.

    For non-wysiwig html editors, I think bluefish is one I've used in the past.

    non-wysiwyg html editors --> NO
    non- web wysiwig html editors --> means: Wysiwyg editors which are't a web app. 4 ex, "woedpress editor" is a web wysiwyg editor, but LibreOffice isn't a web app. I'm asking for an editor can provide the following facility: Switching between HTML source and visual format.

    Hi,

    If I understand correctly you may want to look at komposer. You should be able to download it from the software centre. It has a tabbed editor which allows you to easily switch between source and visual.

    +1 for Kompozer, somewhat similar to the older versions of Dreamweaver.
    Can't think of anything profound or witty.
